Ingredients

2 oranges, peeled and sliced
2 tangerines, peeled sliced
1 watermelon radish, peeled and sliced thinly
Handful of baby kale
Handful of walnuts or pecans
Few sprigs of fresh mint
Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 tangerine
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tsps white miso paste
1 tsp freshly grated ginger or ginger powder
1 tsp black pepper powder

Method
