Puff Pastry Plum Tart

Ingredients
1 piece of vegan puff pastry sheet defrosted
5 plums sliced
3 tbsp of vegan cream cheese or vegan sour cream
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Confectioner’s sugar for dusting optional
Method
Preheat oven at 400 F
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place one sheet of vegan puff pastry in the center of the baking sheet.
Put 3 tbsp of vegan cream cheese or sour cream in a small bowl and combine it with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry then lay the sliced plums on the top. Bake for 20 min or until the edges of the pastry are golden brown. Enjoy!
